Besides being a successful realtor, Bill, Sr. was very active in the South Dakota Association of Realtors. His accomplishments include...South Dakota Realtor of the Year and President of the South Dakota Board of Realtors for 2006. He was known for his honesty, integrity, knowledge of real estate and kindness towards his fellow man. Bill, Sr. passed away in July of 2006 but his legacy lives on through the work of his wife and son. Sherry Conkling and her son Bill Conkling, Jr. have a combined 22 years of experience in real estate.
